Worked out from the live numbers on my own fleet, which sends around 10,000 cold emails a day.
A lead = a genuine positive reply from a real prospect asking to talk.
The maths behind it: 0.35% positive reply rate, which is my fleet's live number. Each inbox sends 10 cold emails a day plus around 30 warmup emails, so the IPs are sized for the full 40 per inbox, not just the cold. Roughly 3 inboxes per domain, and up to 500 sends through each warmed IP per day. *Booked calls assume you reply to your leads within the hour. Costs cover the server, IPs and domain amortisation, all bought direct in your own accounts.
